I used to have a 91 5.0LX notchback, 5 spd. Got rid of that in 98 to get a 4 door dodge stratus so I could get the kid into the booster seat in the back. Now that they are big enough to get in on their own I am back to Sonic Blue V-6 premium stick.
69 Torino Cobra- 428. Made a trip from Dugway Utah to Tucson mainly 2 lane roads. 10.5 hours for 900 miles. Would have been faster but had to gas up every 180-200 miles and 22 gallons takes a while to pump. Marble Cayon, AZ is beautiful even at those speeds.

Whitey, why did you call this a "clunker"? Was it a model "E" with a 250ci 6-cylinder engine, fastback (sportsroof)?

I must of had a change last year, only other fast car I ever had was the SRT-4, and damn it was fast! I just didn't like the way it looked and sounded, and lack of criuse control. I only have the GT and the 95 Dodge truck now.
