I hope to have some good news in the next couple of days.

 

Well folks just a quick update! The adjuster has been out and they should have the estimate in tomorrow. The body work will be done by the shop it's at and the insurance company will be leaving the claim open so the custom suspension can be replaced by Strictly Performance. The adjuster admitted they had no idea how much the custom work would cost.

Well since I need a car to drive I decided to go ahead and get a rental.

Pick up the Shelby H tomorrow!

 

I say u need a body kit or sumthin to fix all that or is that insurance fraud...

 

Well I probably will pay to have a couple extra things done while they have it in paint! I was planning on having the spoiler and hood changed at some point and switching to the SHR louvers. Since it'll be in the shop anyways might as well get it done if the shop doesn't mind (I don't think it will be a problem).

I also have to replace the wheels. The adjuster said I could handle that. I understand they don't make the razor like I have anymore. Don't know if thats true and I don't want to go to 20" wheels, so maybe some silver FR500's? I don't know!!![&o] Gonna need tires to since several are trashed!

Man the more I think about it the more upset I get![]

 

Think about the cool things, you know... you could do the GT500 conversion on the front then you would have a GT500. Add a kick *** hood, with the FR500's and those SHR louvers... man that would look bad ***, you should do it!

 

I'm thinking maybe the Cervini ram air hood,SHR louvers, GT500 rear spoiler, and the FR500 wheels.

Not sure yet....have to talk to mystyle consultant!

 

That would look good too. But I still love the GT500 front end
