how tough is it to change headlight assemblies?

how tough is it to change headlight assemblies?
I ordered some of the halo projectors on eBay...just curious if you have any advice or info on changing them?
I will have a busy week next week - ordered exhaust, shelby wing, headlights, bumper lights, and 20's

any good write ups here on how to remove the front bumper? didn't see any in a search...
Got the lights and my eleanor waiting to go on, but the black corners I ordered on eBay 17 days ago never shipped and the bastards don't reply to emails so I may have to find another source. I'm guessing I don't need the bumper off for those but wanted to hit it all at once...
