I can't put this in until I get the xcal, right?

 

BTW, Jay shipped it yesterday from Florida.

 

My Preditor from Councours was supposed to be here today. He told me yesterday that it would definitely ship yesterday, it was overnight shipping, he would send me an email to give me tracking, bla bla bla.... NADA.
Called them this afternoon, no answer...go figure.

Yea. But I guess all is well. The Preditor arrived before 8:30 this morning. So it was a day late. Can't bitch too much about it since the overnight shipping was free. Now just waiting on Steeda to get a box here.
Think I will put the performance tune no mods anyway just to play around and see what difference it makes.

I will if I can ever get a call back from mustangtuning.com regarding my xcalibrator. I can't do anything until that comes and I have not been able to tell them which tunes to include as they won't return my calls.

OUCH! I feel your pain. Me with a tuner and no CAI, you with a CAI and no tuner.

 

I wonder if I should cancel the order. I ordered it before 10am on Monday and have heard NOTHING since then. E-mails and calls have gone unanswered/not returned. It would be nice to know if I could cancel so that I could actually receive my product, but god forbid I have to get through to actually speak to someone to cancel the order.

 

Your tune won't need to be tweeked that much for the CAI. As a matter of fact, if you slapped the CAI on right now, you should be fine. The new mustangs tune is set pretty conservative from ford. Often times, without doing anything else, if you add a CAi, it will make your stock tune 'more correct'. You could get away with putting on the CAI now with no issues.
