Default RE: 06 GT Vert for $23,000. Is that good?

If it helps any, I just picked up an '06 GT vert a little over a month ago. I paid 23K, with 18K on the odometer. It just had new Pirelli tires put on it from the dealership. The condition of the car is very excellent, with the stock floormats in the trunk appearing to have neverbeen used. They used rubber floormats and there wasfactory plastic under them. The car was manufactured in May of '06, so it's not quite 2 years old, and I still have the factory warranty in effect.

The previous owner had also spent quite a bit in chrome interior upgrades, and even had the Ford Homelink/Temp/Compass mirror installed. Under the hood, there's a full set of color matching engine covers and radiator covers/extensions. Hood prop rod was swapped for the struts, and a K&N CAI installed. The GT appearance packages hood scoop was also installed after the car was purchased. Out back, Flowmasters were installed. The original sticker on the car in '06 was just over $33K, and it came with the interior upgrade, factory alarm, side airbags, boot cover, and wheel locks.

Is the price you found good? It depends, maybe, maybe not. I'd tend to think you find a better price for the mileage. However, that will vary somewhat depending upon the area you live in. However, a very clean car with slightly higher mileage may be worth it to you. Also don't discount the idea that you may be able to bring them down some on the price.

Oh, BTW, the temp **** doesn't click on the '06 models, as akrocat mentioned.
