On the 3.4 Pulley it was 443 rwhp. Since then I installed Kooks Headers, Kooks o/r xpipe, 3.2 pulley, an overdrive waterpump pulley,18" wheels from stock 17" and new KDW2 tires. So who knows what I was at... When i went to dyno there was a problem with something we couldn't figure it out, from what we datalogged it looked like the torque converter was going out. Atleast now we know there was something wrong.

After the transmission comes back it's got an appointment for a custom tune.

I'm guessing it's going to take 4 - 5 days for the Larry's Transmission to get my trans then a day for the rebuild and another 4 - 5 days to come back.

Just read the thread - knew it was the input shaft from your first post. Tony will take care of you and you are aright - the trans will be stout and if you keep it where you're at, the motor should be fine until your ready for a rebuild and turn it up.

Good luck and don't feel too bad. Your are the 8th person I know of who snapped the input shaft.[:@]

Yeah I had a feeling it was the input shaft too. It was the only thing I could imagine would sound like a quick pop then no go. I'm excited about getting the transmission back it's going to be a very long 2 weeks.

8 people already, any idea on their rwhp?

As long as I'm not number 9...... or 10 for that matter! 11 maybe, OK, 11 I can handle.

Well if you take out the weak link of the transmission then what's next to break? A rod or the rear end I guess. Hope you have that rear end beefed up.

Actually the cervo is the #1 weak link - then it is the input shaft #2...

As far as HP of other failures....

I know if 2 that were in the 600 hp range and the other 6 (including the OP) were in the upper 400-low 500 range.
