Default Something finally went!

20 thousand miles later something finally went. I'm about 90% sure it was the transmission. 80 degrees outside just beautiful got the car back from the body shop the car is looking awesome. Heading onto the highway from an onramp I punch it car goes to shift and boom. Hear something snap and the carno longer shifts into gear. If it is the Trans I'll be sending it out to Larry to get it rebuilt. Car is on it's way to my buddies shop so I won't know anything for a day or so. I'll update more later. I thought for sure the motor would go before the trans, what a day.

Input shaft snapped. Transmissions is going out for a rebuild today getting everything inside the trans replaced and a hardend input shaft rated at 720+ RWHP!! Also going with a PI tripledisk 3400 Stall Torque converter. The only weak point on my car will be the motor which will get rebuilt in 3 - 4 months!

My car has never been in a shop for work I've done all my own installs but this. My car was at the body shop for a week to get the underside of the hood painted and the gt500 bumper painted and all the dents nicks filled in and painted.
