My nextdoor neighbor always used to forget to set his parking brake on his ranger and it would roll backwards out of his driveway and across the street. When I was little, my mom would always say if you see his truck backing up, stay away, because you are never sure if he was actually in the truck or not. Sorry it had to happen to you, but I'm sure after this incident, you won't forget again.

I am not exactly sure how I forgot, except this was the first time I have driven the car in 4 months, and I guess I was just in a hurry to run inside. If I knew how I forgot, chances are pretty good, it would not have happened.

I realize it was stupid, but I am also pretty sure worse things have happened to people.

I am merely asking for opinions on whether or not to replace the bumper cover, not really looking for critiques of my driving ability, which up until this stupid move has been flawless.
