Default NEED HELP ASAP!!!!

I just finished washing my car (2005 mustang gt) and now when I got home and shut it off, the door locks started clicking to unlock and the windows went down. So I put the key in the ignition and put them back up, but as soon as I take the key out, the windows go down again. I tried tearing my remote apart but that didn't help. My car does have that press unlock button twice and the windows go down. This is the first time this has happened to me. Any help is greatly appreiciated. THanks.

Alright, I tried but only for like 5 mins, I pulled out the side kick panel and the fuse box is dry. Maybe I will take it for a drive in a little bit, leave the battery off a little longer this time. Any other ideas. Would it have anything to do with the remote?

I checked the fuse box on the passenger side, pulled out the kick panel and found no signs of water. I am goin to connect the battery and see what happens. Keep the ideas rolling.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago, went to the mall and when i came back both my windows were down, needless to say it was also raining. I took it to the dealership, told them and showed them what was going on, pulled the key out and opened the door and a couple of seconds later both windows went down, they performed a electrical diagnostic and it passed so they contacted a hotline to recalibrate the windows and it fixed the problem.

Then today i washed my car and was cleaning the passenger side window when out of the blue both windows went down, i didnt even have the key in the ignition. so i put the key in and rolled them up, pulled the key out and same thing, both windows went down again. I tried to calibrate the windows by rolling them up and holding for 2 seconds and back down while holding it for 2 seconds like the manual says, that didnt work. So i rolled the windows up and pulled the fuses to the window motors so the windows would stay up. I am taking it to the dealership tomorrow to get it recalibrated, i dont know if they use some kind of special equipment or tools to do it, but i will find out what they do and post what the proper fix is. But i do know for sure that getting them recalibrated will fix the problem.

What i want to know is what casues this to happen, i do know that when it happened today i was kinda pushing on the window becasue i was cleaning it, so maybe it triggered something, or maybe water i don't know for sure becasue i have washed my car several times before and it never happened.

it seems to have something to do with water. I actualy was really wanting this option, but that's sad to see it has problems.
