They have KB cars they have redesigned the trans/clutch/drive shaft and a few other changes. No charge change out.

FYI the 4.6 motor was a stroker at .020 full manley balanced kit from SHM. You could be right I may have paid to much for it. Only time will tell. H- Trim with fuel rails pumps. Everything they had. Funny you want to break it in yet it did at least 20 dyno tunes

I know of nobody jealous of a wild fantasy! For what you claim to have in the car, I'm really surprised you didn't opt for the much better and much more powerful Whipple big bore blower kit for the GT500. It is new, but kills the KB!
The part number for the piston in your picture is, as stated in Manley's Master Parts catalog, is for a stock rod length and stroke only. You can also see it on their website. 20 tunes after only 1 hour of running on a new motor? Hell, the rings arent even seated after 1 hour!That's plain dumb! Don't know why people will want to video it at the show. It's definitely not the most powerful or the baddestGT500 around, and it makes no sense that it requires "VP106 or better". Not at that hp anyway. Maybe it's the big black "COBRA" stickers on the front that requires it![8D]Did you ever get any Ford execs jailed like you claimed you were going to? John, you are just SICK! I thought I had it bad with a new 08 Shelby GT500 convertible AND my 05 Corvette coupe, but you are crazy! I still have not floored the stock engine in the Shelby!

Anychance you are going on the Power Tour this year? If you are we'll have to drive together for a stretch. I hope to have C&L CAI, Pypes Muffler eliminator, BMR control arms & custom tune done by then.

How did you address the dreaded hop in the Mustang?
