My vote is no pinstripe. I personally don't like that look.
My painted stripes are tapering stripes from 9.25" to 11", just like an OEM GT500.
Keep in mind if you are painting the stripes yourself, to strip the clearcoat before youpaint and then clear over everything.... otherwise you will have a ridge. Good luck!

Thanks for the input. I would be interested in knowing more about the dimensions if possible? At lower front fascia? At front of hood? At rear of hood? At front and rear of roof? At trunk lid top and bottom? And then at bottom of rear fascia?

As far as clearcoating and a ridge......I am going to have to live with the ridge since the stripes will be a matte black.

See in my sig... the lower valence lip at the bottom the stripe is the thinnest, I believe its 9.25" at that point. It opens to 9.65" on the middle bumper and then the full 10" on the hood. Rear desklid is 10.5" I believe, and so on. The tapered look is a very subtle difference, but I think it makes it look sharp. If that's the look you're going for I would just recommend you go visit a dealer with a GT500 and bring a tape measure!

Thanks Larmo.....I don't think any of the local dealers have a GT500. I know of one with a Shelby GT, I wonder if the stripes are similar? I think I am leaning towards the tapered stripes...it makes sense...optically. I am still on the fence on the pin stripes....I think they look great, but they look more "factory" without them?
