Default Any performance advantage to MAC Prochamber?

Hey, all!
So, last night I read Dr. Professors long write up on mid pipes, and he says Mac prochambers combine the X exhaust advantages w/ Y pipe rumbling sound.
So I looked up some posts, and people w/ older (pre 05) era stangs claimed some loss of low end torque w/prochambers. Of course, any vendor selling
prochambers claims it will make your Stang outrun an F-16 till takeoff!
Any experience w/any of this? Am planning on getting the FRPP x-pipe, in a catted setup w/my MAC bolt in ceramic shorties.
Also - MAC sells a prochamber w/ high flow cats built in - any HP/torque advantage to high flows? This is a DD that will never see a dragstrip.
Just trying to optimise the xhaust w/out getting obnoxious loud, ie, off road mid pipe, etc.
Thought I would solicit the wisdom of our great group!
My love to you all - thanks for your help!
T-TUh - tuh - TTIMMYYYY!!!

mac does not currently make catted pipes...you can buy a splice in prochamber for your current cats, otherwise you go off road. You could modify the offroad pipe and put in high flow cats if you want. I noticed a slight loss in torque, but I was under the impression you get that from all off road pipes

I think the lack of cats causes a loss in torque.
