Default Before installing louvers,chin spoile..should I?

Before I install my Roush louvers and CDC aggressive chin spoiler within the next week should I clay and wax? I heard not to wax right before I put them on because it may affect the way the 3m tape sticks. Is this true?

i believe so. you want the surface to be as clean as possible in order to promote a strong adhesion. wax isn't exactly known for its glue-like properties

I would just wait and wax after you put them on.

No wax. You use the alcohol pads to remove the wax. Also, be sure it is at least 70 degreese outside before you install.
