If you are going pro-street you’ll want full tubs to get those 22†wide tires under there.

Detroit speed makes tubs and mini-tubs. You will pay a lot of money to have this work done.
It is approximately 40-50 hours of serious welding labor, but the tubs arent that expensive themselves.

Why are you looking into getting tubbed?

well im looking to get it tubbed because i can honestly say that i have never seen (except on the Vanquish-mustang project) a tubbed out mustang, now again it would be a MINI-tub not a FULL ON tub. that way i dont sacrifice complete driveability. it would also help out in crapppy weather (hard rain) that way i have a lot of tread so i wouldn't hydroplane as much or throw the tail out as much.

plus it ads to the old school muscle car factor
