Why wouldn't you open the box first ...? It sure would of saved you a headache.

Contact them though and I'm sure they'll take care of you.

 

Thats a bummer. The spoiler store worked out great for me. I hope they can do you right, and get the problem fixed fast.

 

+1. Took me about 10 days to get mine, but all the service and communication was perfect. Give em a call or e mail. They will make it right.....

ok here is the update.
I felt bad about bashing them on here so i gave them another chance. They quickly replied to my email's and noticed their mistake.They said i should have it by the 7th and then the 13th and then finally on the 20th. It is now the 21st of April and still have no spoiler after ordering on March 20. Today i came home from school and for the heck of it decided to run the fedex tracking number they provided. It said that the spoiler was delievered to a guy in GA on the 18th mind you i live in PA and this is the second time they sent my spoiler to theanother person. I know they have my correct address because when the sent me the wrong spoiler on April 1st the person's spoiler i recieved got mine. So i right before i posted this i asked to have my order canceled and my pp account refunded because i am just fedup. Sorry for this rant but i feel this is a terrible way to do buisness

since i won't be getting a spoiler from them. does anyone else now of a good place to get a gt500 style spoiler.

thats just some back luck right there bc there are a bunch of people on here that have those spoilers from them and had no problems
