That sucks, it's sad that mistakes sometimes happen but it looks like they have your address and someone else's confused or something.

I ordered from them in March and it showed up about 8-10 days later (I had heard they were backordered) but unfortunately there was a flaw in the paint. I spoke to Travis about it and I agreed to try some rubbing compound, etc which he sent me.

Unfortunately that didnt' work so I called him up again and he sent me out another spoiler. I mentioned that I was trying to have it on by a cruise and he had it to me 4 days later (got it to me a week before the cruise).

In another stroke of bad luck, that one was damaged by FedEx (box mangled, paint chipped) so I called him up on Tuesday before the cruise on Saturday. He said he'd send me another one but it'd probably take about a week. I was bummed that it wouldn't be on for the cruise but then on Friday afternoon, a new spoiler showed up (shipping from TX to MD). I was able to get it on in time and everything.

I can't say enough about Travis and his 'get it done' attitude. Sometimes mistakes happen and not every transaction goes smoothly-mine took over a month from order to finally on my car.

Basically, you might want to give him just 1 more shot.
