Default Wind Noise Bullitt Drivers Window

Anyone have a wind noise from the trailing edge of the drivers side window on a GT Hardtop? Just picked up the car and I don't know what may be causing the noise and if there may be an easy fix.

When I had my coupe, I noticed at highway speeds you couldn't drive with the window all the way down due to a veryweird wind buffeting noise that was so bad and anoying. Other than that, my coupe was air tight.

I get that all the time with the windows partly down,( more than 1/2 way), its annoying as hell! It sounds and feels like a pulsation. Bup, bup, bup, etc

Same thing happens in my fiance's '05 Escape with the rear windows down as well.

Sure when I'm going 100 mph+, but other than that I don't hear any wind noise.

I compared the passengers side window to the drivers side and it looks like the drivers side glass is about 1/2" farther forward from the trailing edge molding. I think it's not overlapping the seal enough. I guess it's time to see how good Ford dealers are at doing stuff under the 12 month 12,000 mile "Adjustment Period" warranty.
