Reving the engine to redline when it's cold is bad. Does the reason really need to be explained?
There's a reason that higher end cars automatically lower the redline when the engine is cold and gradually raise it as the engine heats up.
If it's only reving to 5000, then I would think it's not up to temp.. And still not sure why you are doing this.

I'll normaly wait till its just past the minimum line because it tends to warm up quite fast after that
but I only floor it on the road when its clear
and some modern oils claim "start-up protection" in the form of oil adhering some what to the metal so that a cold start still has some oil in those places

Its not just a matter of lubrication either. All of the parts in your engine expand when they are heated up and they are designed for when they are expanded at full operating temperature. In theory, you could obtain a vary small piston angle and scratch your cylinder walls especially with the oil being too thick to properly lubricate it.
