Should I get a new tune? And if so then who should I get it from?

Should I get a new tune? And if so then who should I get it from?
My first mod was a BBK CAI and Brenspeed tune. Since then I have Steada udp, JBA L/T headers with a cated H pipe, and Pypes Mid-Muffler system. Is this enough add ons to warrant a retune?
If I do need a tune should I get it from Brenspeed who offers re-tune for exhaust for $35 or should I try Bama Race tune for $50?

so you guys think I do need one. As I was driving home I got a DCT P0133 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank1, Sensor1). could this be caused by my headers?
