One more that I know of.

'05-'06 do NOT have:

1. Perimeter lighting feature (When youturn off the alarm, the lights will stay on for 30 secs)

There's gotta be a few engine differences between the 05-06 and the 07s if the Whipples make different kits for each, ya know?

Aren't the differences just in the computer? I think the 05 and 06 can use the same kit with a processor upgrade.

Do the '07+ vehicles have power controls on the passenger seat? 05 and 06 cars don't have a height adjustment for the passenger and all the controls are manual.

The biggest difference I'm aware of is the increased weight of the '07+ Mustangs.

05 also has a "Silencer" in the stock intake thats slightly restrictive and easily removed if your not getting a CAI.

how might you go about removing that?

Okay so this is what I think I got:

When unlocking the car, the lights do not go on for 30 sec on the 2005.
The 2007 model is lighter
There is no aux jack in the 2005
Silencer in intake for the 2005

Can anyone approve these for sure? Or are they all right?

There is one more difference not listed here.
Its the pesky engine coolant to the Throttle Body
pre-heat crap they stopped for the 06 models.

'07 &'08 are different on the engine hose routings. That's why anyone with a non-ROUSH has to purchase a supplemental (additional) kit if they want to place a ROUSH s/c on it.

no......the 2007 is HEAVIER and the sliencer doesnt exist on all 05s anyway, only the very early ones.

And the coolant to the TB is a sixxer thing only i think, not on the GTs

Okay so the aux jack and lighting system is true? No aux jack and no light on for 30 seconds?
