I think the glass tilt & slide sunroofs like Sonic's are just fine and look great !

I would recommend putting all that money to do the sunroof into some kind of a performance mod. Then later get a rear mounted camera instead so you can see people behind you after smokin' em at the light. (just a suggestion tho).
