Default what can i expect?

I'm sure this is a worn out subject but hey i'm new. I want to add a c&l cai and tuner, magnaflow a/b, 3.90 gear and maybe some kind of midpipefor my 07 gt,i've heard the mac prochamber sounds good. Should i get any real seat of the pants difference out of this? I really just want to smoke my father in laws 98 z28 camaro. I had 4.10s in my 99 cobra and it just spun and hopped all over the place.

Mac prochamber sounds good on the new edge. Not many s197s have that setup. magnaflow, even magnapack would probably be a little too quiet for ya. An o/r h, sure why not. C&L and a good tune for sure. You will feel a seat of the pants on the gear swap, cai, but mostly the tune, especially if your an auto trans. What about some 3.73s?

The CAI & tune will be your bang-for-the-buck... Mostly bang, about 15-30 RWHP depending on the tune. The axleback won't do squat for performance (but will be louder) since the stock system flows so well. The midpipe alone won't do much if anything. The gears will definately improve the hole-shot but if you're that interested in the take-off, then go 4.10's if your a manual.

everyone always says that an axleback and midpipe won't give any gains, but I've seen no support of that?

o/r midpipe is good for 5-7 HP maybe in the higher RPMs. Loss of low end torq also comes with it normally
