So I'm gassing up and right as I finish I see this little black part go rolling across the lot...

Turns out to be one of the two little bumpers that stop the gas door from thwacking the body when it's closed.

Anyone know what the part number is for these?

 

There is no part number. This is a universal part that fits many years and even different makes of cars. Go to any good auto parts store and they should be able to fix you up. Its called a rubber bumper.

part# N805186-S, it's a 11.1mm bumper.

 

You guys are lucky, I don't even have a fuel door today...They took itat the paint shop to make sure the paint matches the window scoops they are painting

 

Hopefully youll get it back when you pick up your parts. When I was getting the front bumper painted, I left my gas door for the matching process as well. I was so excited to pick up the bumper and make the conversion that weekend, I forgot to get my gas door. Called them Monday and the shop could not then find it. I was pissed and panicked til the next Friday when it finally re-appeared.
