Default GAS GUAGE/COMPUTER PROBLEMS

For the past few months my my car has had problems with the gas guage reading and computer reading so many miles to E. In the morning when I crank up and goto work the gas guage will jump down to E and the computer will say 0 miles, 30 miles, to E etc.... Then it will take about 15 minutes for the gas reading to correct it self. But it also does it when I am driving and I am not driving crazy. I have took it toFord SEVERAL times and they have no idea what the problem is, so they dont know how to fix the problem. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it.

I have also be contimplating a new GT since my car has had many mechanical problems (my warrenty is abou to expire), and the body kit, well has had my problems, mainly because ford keeps wrecking it and having to get it fixed. I tired to get a GT/CS this weekend but Ford wanted 664.00 a month and I did not want to pay that for that car. I want to get a new GT since I purchased my car used. Any ideas?

My gas gauge isn't working right, but its because of the dual pumps I installed...I think we did something to the fuel lever arm putting it back in...itsan extremely tight fit with all the extra hoses and stuff...
