RWD Driving vs. FWD Driving
Reading through all the threads here, especially the ones where a mustang gets hurt or totalled, I always run into the phrase "you have to know how to drive a rwd car. It's different than a fwd car."
Having driven fwd all my life, what exactly do you do differently in driving? Both in everyday driving and in street racing applications? What is the difference? I really want to know BEFORE I do something stupid.
Thanks for the help, guys!

RE: RWD Driving vs. FWD Driving
FWD, especially high power ones, will have torque steer. FWD cars don't really have to worry about oversteer, Some FWD cars have lift-off oversteer but it is much easier to control that oversteer in a RWD car.

In my fwd corolla, I could spin my tires while taking a turn and not loose control at all of my car. When I tried to do that with my stang I ended up doing a 180. Basically fwd means your back end wont come around on you unless you rip the ebrake.

FWD with limited slip I think will understeer even more when they have wheelspin in a corner.
