When the door is open and you look down and see the piece of plastic (attached to the body of the car)with the aluminum insert that says mustang...

...does that piece just pull up and popoff?

The inside half, where the carpet is, comes off real easy, however, the outer part that is attached to the paint didn't want to come.

I expected it to come right off, I don't want to pull too hard until I know.

I figured it out. It's glued down on that side.
