It takes much longer than 30 minutes to switch out a midpipe.
Not after you've done it a few times. Put some antisieze on the bolts this time to make future switches quicker.
It takes 30 minutes to just get under the car good.

Get out tools and jack and jackstands.
Jack up car.
Soak manifold nuts with WD-40.
Wait.
Remove battery tray so you can reach the forward O2 sensor.
Unclip all O2 sensors.
Undo rear clamps.
Undo manifold bolts.
Take out old pipe.
Transfer O2 plugs to new pipe.
Put in new pipe.
Bolt new pipe to manifold.
Reattach rear clamps.
Plug in all O2 sensors.
Reinstall battery tray.
Lower car.
Put up tools, jack, jackstands.

Plan on working for about 1.5 hours...at least. Remember, it's not all that fun, fast, or easy to have to keep getting under the car and back out.
