So I was visiting a friend in the hospital who shattered his femur. As i was in the parking garage leaving, some women on her cell phone cut a corner too close, causing me to swerve so I wouldnt hit her head on. I hit this curb, which scraped the bottom of my bumper and the side skirt behind the tire,

I am so pissed, why, cant people drive slow in garages and get off their phone? And she just gave me this look like she was confused and didnt know what she was doing.

Anyway, I need to touch up the paint. Any suggestions? Is the front bumper metal or plastic? My car was near perfect until tonight, and it is making me sick.
