ok so i got my saleen supercharger, 3.4" pully putting about 8-10 pounds of boost, 39lb injectors, c&l racer intake ,90mm lightning MAF ,jdm cold air kit, mgw short throw shifter, flowmaster axelback mufflers, gt500 rims and nitto 255/45/18 and 285/35/18 tires, the shelby cs6 hood and front facia what should i do next?

It sounds like you've got the performance down. Me, personally, I would do some body work. Ever since I added my 1/4 louvers, I get comments on them all the time.
