So I have the infamous front right strut thunking noise, and I was really wanting to address the problem when I get ready to lower my 'stang here in a couple of weeks. My question is, if I were to purchase these strut mounts and replace them with my current ones, will that come with everything I need to do so? Is this strut mount an assembly or just some sort of bushing?

No need to purchase the new mounts, they're covered under TSB 07-18-02.
New mount part # 8R3Z-18183-B.

 

No mo warranty... well it expires in 15 miles[:'(], not enough to make it to the dealership lol, and I doubt I can find a dealership that will replace them for free.

For $60 I don't mind getting these if they're beefier... but are these pretty much all I'd would be getting in the TSB (aside from the fact that the TSB replaces my stock one with a new design and not these GT500 ones...)?

 

anyone? i should try purchasing these soon should these be the solution to the "thunk"
