I got PATS keys 2 for one off eBay for $20.
And 2 extra new OEM remote fobs for $20 as well.
I had my original 2 OEM keys and had
the stealership cut them for free as the
local locksmith could not guagantee them
to work once he cut them. Not to proud
of his craftsmenship, huh??
I then programmed the extra 2 keys by using
the original OEM keys and then programmed
the Key Fobs.
Now I have 4 working keys and 4 working fobs.
Fork the stealership and their reprogramming fees.
How many of you know your 5 digit key code so
the dealer can cut you a key from it in an emergency?
Thats the first thing I put to memory when I got the paperwork.
