Default Sensor issues....HELP!!!

I have an 06 GT that was built by a custom shop. The engine was custom tuned with an SCT XCAL2 box. When I brought the car in for emissions, it was rejected because 3 sensors were turned off:

1. OBD Catalyst
2. OXY sensor
3. OXY Sensor HEat

I shipped my SCT back to the tuner and they re-programmed it to activate the sensorsthat wereturned off. When I brought the car in the next day after re-programming the ECM, it failed for the same reson. Is there a lag time before the sensors re-activate or something? I am stumped, and I can't register my car.

You need to drive it around for a bit to enable all of the OBDII monitors to complete. Maybe 100 miles or so of combined city/hwy driving. As long as the "tuner" did his job, you shoud be ok.

IMO, if I lived in an area that required regular emissions compliance testing I would never update my veh's calibration with something that is not Fed/EPA compliant (yes there are some tuners out there that get their stuff certified).

I bought the car from Ohio. I live in Las Vegas. Maybe I should find someone locally to retune the car and save some headaches. Thanks for your input. I appreciate it.

Any chance you can run without the tunes for a while and run the stock ford? I noticed you have a procharger and I'm not sure if it's possible with the custom tune you had. There is a lag time for the comp. to cycle itself back. I don't think a local tune will help you pass your emission test either.
