I like the airaid cai. you can install it with the venturi installed and not need a tuner. later on, when cash allows, you can purchase a predator with the airaid tune already loaded, removed the venturi for the performance tune, and you're all set.

no problem. I usually don't delete files from my site since I have a ridiculous amount of storage, so it should be there for a long time[8D]

sorry...forgot to post the address...lol
Great price and good CAI...Unlike what many say, the Granatelli has the equivalent of a tune with a computer chip. The unit comes with a re-calibrated MAF and a wiring harness with a "chip" in it that is effectively is a type of tune.

I won't debate that a higher octane tune may give you more power, but the Granatelli gives you a significant "seat of the pants" upgrade. I say this because I have not gotten the car dyno'd with the Granatelli.

I recently bought the polished one and am very happy with the performance without having to invest in a tuner and still use "cheap" 87 octane.

I say Nay on this one. Anything that messes with MAF especially with OBDII based cars (95 up) is just asking for trouble. Either you get an intake that requires a tuner or you get one that doesn't. Don't cheap out and get one that comes with a resistor wired into the MAF to fool the ECU into thinking it's running something it's not.

Brendspeed or Bamachips are the two site I would check out for CAI or CAI+Tuner options.
