Quick question about backseats

I know this is a quick random question, but can the backseats be put down individually or do they both have to be put down at the same time? Thanks.

on my CS/GT I can put them down individually,I can hear the sub much better though it
still sounds underpowered.

American muscle sells a back seat delete though it looks generic to me lol.
