will 05+ wheels fit 03 cobra??

have a guy here who is interested in my wheels and tires for 750 bucks but wants to know if they will fit his 03 cobra...

They will sit in a little because of the different offset. I used wheel spacers for my frineds and it came out fine. He didn't have a cobra though buy still the same. 03 gt

I've seen them before on a SN95 and it will definately need spacers and tires with a lower aspect ratio--otherwise it will look like a hot wheels car.
