I am considering the cheater slicks that Brenspeed sells...maybe that will perform better than the Nittos...I think I will give them one more time at the strip before completely changing over...

what he told you still applies, go around the water back up to it, do a mild burnout and then make your pass. the reason for this is the treds on the tires will hold water which will contribute to your lack of traction i pretty much grew up at the race track and this is the same advice i got ffrom alot of people about the only time to really go straight through the water is if you are running true slicks, cause there is nowhere for the water to stay in the tires.

I got really good traction on my last run even going straight through the water...Iwas able to get amuch better burn, so I am going to hope that is what will work the next time I go out...otherwise I'll just get those cheater slicks...There isn't a whole lot of room for error with only three runs...especially when the first one was effed up by leaving traction control on...
