Hi, does anyone have any experience with either Amsoil or Redline oils? I've heard good things about the new Amsoil SSO 0w-30. The Motorcraft oils are all you need, but I was thinking of trying something a bit more "exotic". [sm=drooldude.gif]

ive ran Rp and the redline 5w20s in my car so far, both are fine. Got a good deal with reline so that is what is in there right now. amsoil is great too from everyone i have talked to.

Run the Amsoil 0-20W. 20W oil runs at just below 70psi oil pressure on the 4.6L.....which is right on spec. The only way I'd increase to 30W is if that pressure dropped a bunch while racing due to excessive heat.

I'veused Amsoil 0W20 and 0W30 as well. Nothing to complain about with either

Thanks! Both look good. Redline seems to have a more high performance quality to it with it's ester base oil.
