I dont know exactly how many go in the headlight switch. Havent opened it up yet. But I think it will take about 7-9 leds. I'll have to order more for the 3rd time because I forgot about them too. Make sure you definetely use a 15 watt soldering iron like it says in the how to post because i started out using a 30 watt because i didn't have a 15 watt and it was messing things up really fast.

Only thing is that i wish the my color red was brighter so it would match the leds because they're really bright and look awesome.

How big a difference is the brightness? I don't think a pic will be able to show it but I know on that write up the OP talked about using a lower mcd to try and match mycolor but the ones you bought seem to have the lowest mcd I have found at least for the red ones.

The leds are quite a bit brighter, they are bright red while the my color is less bright and a little darker shade of red.
I didnt even pay attention to the mcd, I think if they were the slightest bit brighter they would kind of bother your eyes.

I just did blue to mine a few weeks ago. The 07's must be the same as the 08's... because I ended up not ording enough also because the AC controls needed more than the write-up showed.

The headlight switch (i believe) uses a bulb with green film.
