i dont know maybe its just me, but i see some of the mods on here and wonder why, are we modding is it just because its something to do thats different from stock?, an example..

why change interior leds from green to blue, or amber...if stock was amber would you change to green?

fog lights, why buy a grill and relocate them closer together? if they were closer stock would we be moving them farther apart?

i saw a GT the other day with euro lights a evo style wing....why buy an american muscle icon and turn it into rice?

maybe were doing all these mods because its the way of being unique?

what do you think?, what are some senseless mods you've seen

 

turn into rice thats a good one, i love modding i mod to what i think looks better and it an addiction lol

once u put one mod on ur car its pretty much impossible to stop

I kindalike the green.... the close together fogs is another retro look. Turning it into rice well thats another story but to each thier own. 2 types of mods as I see it the first will improve performance the second makes it look the way you want it to look. Yo have to find your own reasons for doing either type of mod but zporta is right once you start its about impossible to stop

 

I was thinking about that the other day. My'05 was stock for 2.5 years. I succumbed to pressure to mod froma friend. He was persistent. My mods are all mechanical/performance. I like them but I didn't know the difference and was happy when it was stock. The one thing that would be hard togive up is the response from the intake and tune. Hopefully, I have the car for about forever.
