Ya i already have that same exact one, but i have the red one with the clear in the middle....i dont want to pay another $70 if there is nothing wrong with mine....i was just looking for something real cheap to accomplish my goal is smoking mine out....

If you have a short message there are eBay vendors who will cut it into a black vinyl piece that blocks most of the red on the third brake light. This one says "ennui" when you look close or it lights up.

ennui is French for "I'm a little (lazy) (bored) ... "

AW NUIT is the license plate, pronounced "ahnwee", as in ennui. I just obscured it in Photo Shop.

The first day I had them both on the car a gorgeous woman ran across a parking lot shouting at me:

i used the spray method,and if you wanted to ride over my way,we could just spray it.takes about 1.2 minutes. im actually re-doing all mine this weekend,i have sanded them down with 2000 grit and re-spraying them,then adding a layer of clear over top for that shine!!

I can't really recommend the MUSTANG decal from American Muscle:


Before I even smoothed it out I noticed there is lettering on the plastic that sticks out through the tint. I don't think it will be on here too long.
Might just have to order a new plastic part and shave it down beofre putting the tint on.

I'd be careful doing this. If you get rearended, it could be an issue with your insurance company. Third brake light is a safety item don't forget. Tint might be ok, but blacking it out? I'd be really careful
