Street and strip would probably be D-Specs.

I was just reading a thread in the handling section and they recommended the D-specs as well.....

I have narrowed it down to koni's, qa1's, comp. engineering, and the tokico d-specs.

I know the Koni's are great shocks, but I am worried they are more for curves...not drag.

I have heard the qa1's are nice and light, but I am worried about their contsruction.

I have heard the comp. engineering are good, but I am worried they won't handle well on the road.

I have heard the tokico d-specs are good...haven't really heard anything bad about them yet.

I recently bought the Comp Engineering rear shocks, but haven't installed them yet. They do offer 3 settings, and are relatively inexpensive. The MMR 50/50 were my 1st choie, but they were back-ordered and I was impatient and bought the 3-way CE's instead. I've read mixed reports about the CE's, but that could be due to the fact that those members had lowering springs - my car has the stock springs, so we'll see.
