Default junkyard stang

Either this will be a good idea or a horrible idea...

anyways, I found out that there is a junkyard for wrecked mustang, corvette, and other sports cars within about and hour of my house. I own a 07 v6 mustang and ive been looking for a affordable dual exhaust to go with my CAI and tuner that im ordering soon.

now to my question, if i buy the x-pipe that i will need for the conversion (forgive me if thats wrong, im not very smart when it comes to exhaust.) can i get the gt mufflers and rear bumper from a wrecked s197 mustang if only the front of the car is damaged and be alright?

i know this is propably not the best way to upgrade my car but i dont really have alot of "fun-money" for the car

ok, i might not be able to find one in windveil blue, because thats really hard color to find in a gt, but atleast i can get the exhaust.

if i replace the tires could i take the wheels too? if they arent damaged of course
i cant stand the wheels i have on mine

Id go find a good donor car with the rear facia still attached to it and have the junkyard take it off or see if they will let you do it yourself. The reason I say find one still on a car is to see how it looks fitment wise before you buy it, if you just get one already off a car it may be tweaked somehow you wont see untill you actually install it. As far as the mufflers go I would just get a decent set new somewhere.

One persons loss is anothers treasure... The only problem is out here in CA they charge so much for these parts it's almost better to get them new if your saving less than 10%-20%. If you find a good deal than grab it....

I would take whatever I could if I found a good donor. Its always nice to have spare parts. You can pretty much use anything you want.
