Is the SLP LM for the V6 just a muffler delete? If so I'd discourage you from getting it. When I was putting my girlfriend's exhaust on her car it sounded like crap with no muffler. It popped so much it was unbelievable. If you want a badass exhaust system save a few more bones and buy the FRPP V6 dual exhaust kit. It's like $700 and it comes with a x pipe, all of the tubing, clamps, mufflers with tips, and these pieces to go on the bumper where the cut outs are.

impossible to get a v6 to sound anywhere close to a v8.

look on youtube, there are plenty of v6 videos. Most just sound like a v6 with aftermarket mufflers, you can still hear the "v6" in it.

He is right.

Without the extra 2 cylinders ur not gonna achieve the sound your looking for. Just listne around and get the best sounding V6 you can find. I have the Pypes offroad X and the Violator mufflers. It sounds good to me so just look around and get what you like

It's $665, I think it's the best option for you.

You can never make a V6 sound like a V8, but you can still make your sixxer sound awesome with a deep, rich tone that a lot of non-car guys might mistake for a V8.

JBA Mids + FRPP Stingers sounds awesome in my opinion:
