RE: 2008 GT to GT/CS bumper conversion
I just did this. Purchased from front fascia from supersition ford (www.superstitionfordparts.com)for $382 to the door--best price I could find. Had a buddy paint it for $150 (paint cost $102).
Instructions come with and comes taped off to leave the lower center portion black (check the taping job before painting). Only took an hour to remove and put on--you will need a pop rivet gun.

And also, can you explain this pop rivet gun?

pop rivet gun or rivet gun. It is basically just a tool to install rivets. You have to attach the platic pieces to the bumper shell that hold the turn signals--just four rivets and they come with the bumper.
I'm not sure on your grill question. The only other thing you might need is the black plastic piece that the lower part fo the grill attaches to, if your V6 doesn't have it.

Amort,
Once you get into it, you will see that it is no big deal. My friends and I agree that the CS front bumper really sets the car off.
The black plastic piece would be what your current bumper attaches to at the bottom--I am pretty sure you have one.
I am pretty sure you do not need the foam insert either as there is not much difference in the bumpers other than the lower portion.
