I like the description. I might try changing out the Magnaflows in my '05 with the Cervini's kit. The trumpeting is terrible.If you want the Pypes MMS sound, Summit sells the M80's for under $50/each. That's what they use with the MMS system. I've thought about those, too, but they're a straight through, and I think that's the problem I'm having with the Magnaflows. Looks like Gibson also makes some in 20" length (same as the M80s and Magnaflows), and 4" diameter so they'll fit well, but they're $200/ea!

Once you step up to doing your own custom fabrication it doesn't much matter what the parts guy's book says it belongs on. Only whether it will fit up, fit in the available space, and meet whatever criteria you're looking for. Traditional grass-roots level hotrodding was not a checkbook/money/no-brain-required plug'n'play game; those guys would understand.

i'm actually running this exact setup - SLP LM's mounted under the car. I have no cats, but this is all after the turbo, so I'm sure a stock setup would sound different. Ground clearance has been the issue, they scrape on quite a bit. I hit a dead raccoon the other day, and it drug it probably 100 feet down the road... egh....
