I actually saw a black stang with matte black stripes in person and it looked amazing. No pics will do justice. If I ever decide to get stripes, that's the way I am going.
wow kotu that helped a lot..so about how many hours am i looking?
Honestly, I don't know how long it'll take, I've never done anything that big. It's just that it's the same thing as putting decals on my R/C car, but on a much larger scale. I'd say you're probably looking at a darn good chunk of the day, though. Also, you'll want to peel back the backing on the vinyl probably no more than... 6 inches? or so at a time, if I were to guess at it. Just go slow. Oh, and make sure your car is nice and spotlessly clean before you begin. One last thing, I'd start with the hood, either right or left side, and then do that entire side of the car before going on to the other, so it'll have plenty of time to dry before you get there. It'd suck to get one stripe one the hood all nice and perfect, then muck it up when you're doing the other side.
