Wow, thanks everyone for the great info and input. I could care less about looks, I want performance. So I take it I should focus on Great pads of multi piston calipers? I plan to build this and I want to go twisty and fast and want something to stop me when I get in over my head.
Before you go spending a lot of money on rotors or calipers read this post: https://mustangforums.com/m_5098243/tm.htm

Unless you a) have more money than you know what to do with or b) are actually competing in wheel-to-wheel racing then you only need pads and high-temp fluid. If you are serious about aggressive driving, handlingand stopping, big sticky tires are one of the best mods.

Ok, did I cop out? I went to Car-X got four new OEM roters, and Wagner Thermoquite pads for life. They said I could come in every 10 - 15,000 miles and get new pads for the life of the car. The even painted my calipers red for me for free.
