CDC Classic Chin Spoiler on a 08???

CDC Classic Chin Spoiler on a 08???
My 08 Mustang doesn't have a smooth finish on the bottom of the front bumper. Do I have to change the front bumper to use one of these? What am I missing here?

I don't know of any difference in the '08 model, and don't see anything in your pic that would prohibit you installing the classic.
It fastens behind the bumper (in front of the tires), and secures with 3M tape on that slim lower lip.
You should be good to go.
