I rotated mine this weekend while I painted the brake calipers. Simple job to do.

Uh...if they don't follow the torque spec they are screwing it up. Given how hard it is to get even a good tire shop to follow the torque spec, I'm certain they're screwing it up (even when they hand tighten, because tire-shops don't buy Stahlwille torque wrenches, the torque wrenches get out of spec by being left set at a certain load for the entire day, being dropped, etc).Get a good torque wrench (if you're going to get a cheapy, get the kind with the bar, becaues cheap click-types are as bad as expensive click-types are good). If you can't get them off after the tire shops gorilla job, buy a hollow pole (with fairly thick walls) from the hardware store and use it as a cheater bar (by slipping it around a lug wrench)to break them loose.
