I like the way you took off the chrome finish.
Can you describe "glass beading" for those who might want to try that on other peices that are chrome or polished?

Is that V8 badge found also on V8 Explorers?

I like it! Takes me back to the Thirties:

(1935 Ford Cabriolet; they were really proud of their V8!)

EDIT:
conor1128:
nice! i really feel that any of the emblems (pony or gt) on the fender really disrupts the flow of the car, the cobra on gt500s seem to go nicely though.
Hm. "Any" and "though" do not match. I agree with the interrupted "flow", though. I had "SS" stickers and "V6" badges on mine for a while, both in black reflective tape. You had to be looking for them in ordinary light, or they didn't catch your attention. In back- or head-light light, they jumped right out. I got a lot of flak from the hypersensitive Fordies and Chebbies about the SSs, and eventually took them off. Anyway, Less Is More.

I wish to hell that ford hadn't used two giant holes to align the GT emblems. I prefer the no emblem look myself, but can't justify paying a body shop to fill the holes.
